Sharpen your individual hockey skills at our drop-in Stick and Puck! This session is open to participants of all skills levels. Participants must have a CSA approved helmet, hockey gloves, stick and puck. A hockey helmet with a full-face cage is required for those aged 18 and under. Scrimmages, slapshots, goaltending and lessons are not permitted. Registration opens 23 hours prior to the start of a session. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you register for a drop-in session and do not attend or do not provide at least one (1) hour cancellation notice prior to the start time of the session, it will be considered a no-show visit.
